All passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (@$!%*?&). Passwords are stored securely and never shared.
Your personal information (name, phone, email, KYC documents) is collected solely for the purposes of KYC verification, EMI processing, and account management. Your data is not shared with third parties without consent.
EMI applications are subject to review and approval by our finance team. A fixed processing charge of NPR 1,500 applies to every approved EMI order. A minimum down payment of 20% of the product price is mandatory. Available tenures: 3, 6, or 12 months. Monthly EMI is calculated on the remaining 80% of the product price.
All digital submissions are for record purposes only. Signatures must be collected physically at the office for legal validation. A digitally submitted KYC or EMI application does not constitute a legally binding agreement without an accompanying physical signature witnessed at our office.
